Thank you so so much for letting us use your cooking space! In the end the festival was a great success. Saturday was a little slow due to the weather but Sunday was no stop a go go ! We sold all of our food and everyone loved it. The kitchen was excellent and a fantastic help. I'm not sure how we would have managed without it. Thanks again. Rachael

We did almost 500 cookies, which is two weeks worth and would usually take us two full days! Needless to say we were very happy with the results. The Combi oven was amazing, we struggled to keep up with it. In 10 minutes we were able to bake 1 batch (45 cookies approx), and that was only utilising about 1/4 of the oven. In our old kitchen this would take us 25-30min. We even had arranged to have a Rabbi turn up at 5pm and inspect our procedure. He was happy with everything and has granted us as Kosher certification. We are very happy with your facilities and will be booking more time soon.
