Kitchen Rates
Cooking Space is available for rent on an hourly basis, and we're committed to offering the lowest hourly rates possible. If you're interested in reserving time in the kitchen, we can work with you to schedule time from a one-time use the next day to reserving regular, recurring time slots for an entire month. The kitchen is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Discounts are given to regular bookings as it assists in reducing vacancies. For example, a booking of 2 hours per week for 4 weeks paid upfront would cost less in total than a 2 hour booking that is made and paid each week. Bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum booking is 2 hours.
- Bookings can only be made at most 2 months in the future. Exceptions can be made by contacting us.
- All payments must be received prior to using the kitchens. No exceptions.

- Cooking Classes can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
- You will need a $500 security deposit to book your class.
- Minimum booking is 4 hours for cooking classes.
- You must bring your own small equipment and cutlery.
- Your hourly rate includes electricity, gas, water, regular deep cleaning and commercial trash disposal.
- A one-time $500 security deposit apply to all casual users. Businesses that register our kitchen for their
business with the City of Melbourne is required to pay a $1000 security deposit.
- The security deposit is fully refundable when you cancel your membership subject to usage policy.
