First of all we are food business owners so we understand the difficulties of running a food business. We have setup Cooking Space to assist other owners such as yourself. Cooking Space is a concept that goes beyond the facility. We are here to provide support, advice and industry contacts.

We have invested the time and money to setup commercial kitchens to allow you to focus on what you do best, food.

Think of us as an outsourced property service. We provide private fully equipped commercial kitchens for rent by the hour built to health department specifications so that you can operate a commercial food business in no time.

Whether you are a start up or small established business, having cash is essential if you want to keep your options open to grow and expand. For food businesses the high cost of setting up a commercial kitchen are one of the biggest barriers. We have taken on this risk and reduced it to a fixed cost – a cost which includes all utilities so you can better plan the budget.

No long term leases or contracts. You simply pay for what you use.

The kitchens are fully fitted with commercial cooking equipment and utensils which you will find in most restaurants. On-site secure storage is also provided for a small monthly cost. We understand it is not the same as owning your own kitchen, but let us know what else you need and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once you are confident with where your business is at you can move into your own kitchen.
